ALLCAPS Acquires Tavanberg, Bolstering Content Marketing Expertise

[Toronto, ON] – [Feb. 13, 2025] – Today, ALLCAPS Content Inc., an award-winning, journalist-led content and marketing agency focused on the financial and healthcare

sectors, among other industries, announced the acquisition of Tavanberg Inc., a content marketing agency with expertise in social media and journalistic storytelling. This expansion allows ALLCAPS to offer an even broader and more impactful range of services to its clients.


Award-winning journalist Jennifer Goldberg co-founded Tavanberg in 2013, bringing her expertise from publications like Best Health, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star and Chatelaine to the world of content marketing. Leading an internal team and managing numerous freelance journalists and creatives, she has helped brands like The Beer Store, United Way and RBC Insurance achieve their business objectives through strategic content marketing.

ALLCAPS, which was founded by veteran business journalist Borzykowski in 2020, has worked with many leading organizations, including Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, BMO Capital Markets, Fidelity Investments, KPMG, UHN Foundation and Humber River Health. The firm’s exceptional editorial, design and video team excels at producing articles, videos, podcasts, magazines and marketing materials. It’s also known for delivering end-to-end content strategies and developing and executing distribution plans, including through sponsored content and earned media opportunities.


Goldberg brings her roster of clients to ALLCAPS and will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth, focusing on client acquisition and content strategy development.


With the acquisition, ALLCAPS will enhance its ability to help clients develop more comprehensive social strategies and execute on larger content campaigns, including strategic planning, business development and social media marketing.
